Compatibility

Fused requires a physical iPhone with both rear Wide and Ultra Wide cameras. The iOS Simulator, iPad, iPhone SE, iPhone 16e, iPhone Air, and devices without an Ultra Wide rear camera are not supported.

Common Questions

Why does my device show an unsupported message?

Fused depends on camera hardware that includes both rear Wide and Ultra Wide cameras. Devices without that hardware cannot capture fused photos.

Why does Fused ask for camera access?

Camera access is used to show the live preview and capture photos when you press the shutter.

Why does Fused ask for photo library access?

Photo library access is used to save captured photos, show the Fused album, and load photos you choose to inspect in the gallery.

Does Fused upload my photos?

No. Fused processes captures on device and does not transmit your photos, camera frames, identifiers, diagnostics, or usage data to us or third parties.

Where are captured photos saved?

Captured photos are saved to your photo library and shown in the Fused album when available.

Troubleshooting

  1. Confirm your iPhone has both rear Wide and Ultra Wide cameras.
  2. Open iOS Settings and confirm Fused has Camera and Photos permission.
  3. Make sure there is enough free storage for new photos.
  4. Restart the app and try a new capture in good lighting.
